Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of order placement if work has not yet begun. Once work has started, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

  1. Contact support with your order ID and reason for refund
  2. We will review your request within 48 hours
  3. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed and delivered work
  • Custom commissions where work has exceeded 50% completion
  • Digital products that have been downloaded

Partial Refunds

In cases where work has partially begun, we may offer partial refunds based on the amount of work completed and materials used.
